that I am a walking pharmacy

So with this diet comes a bunch of vitamins. I forgot the bottles so I can't really tell you what they are for but I'm pretty sure one is B12 pill, a B6 (is that a vitamin or did I make that up?) vitamin lozenge that somehow takes forever to dissolve even though it's tiny, and a multivitamin 2 pack thingy. Plus my thyroid medication which is chalky and sticks to the back of my throat when I take it, birth control, happy pill, oh and the massive horse pill Omega3s that I take at bed time.
Straight medicine case is what I was already taking, round one is the new stuff from Medifast. I feel like an 80yr old carrying this stuff around with me.

I wonder what the affects of taking all of this will have... but for now I feel okay and I don't really care. I've never been one to say "I don't like taking medicine," especially since I pop Motrin and Pamprin like candy once a month.

oooo, and I finally remembered to take a picture of the peanut butter chocolate bar before I demolished it!

Looks pretty decent right? I think out of everything I've eaten so far this is the best.... of course besides the Chicken Dijon I made.. but that's not really fair since that's real food, I made it, and I am indeed a master chef (too far?). I'm nothing special in the kitchen but hopefully I'll get there since I'll be cooking a lot more often on this. I'm really craving red meat or salmon. I think I'll do a little steak tonight with some asparagus or something.

Feel free to send ideas on lean and green meals I can make. While the recipe book is good it includes long processes for some of the meals, therefore I don't feel like doing those. I just wanna EAT!!!! Maybe on a weekend I'll make something that takes time and effort.

Time for lunch! Goodbye from me and my little friend I met this morning outside of my house. I shall call him Leif and he will be my squishy (anyone?).

p.s.
I just looked at my blog stats... didn't understand most of it... but what I did get was a bunch of my friends and family (or at least I assume it's my family and friends) have checked it out, someone in South Africa (which is obviously my best friend Louise), and someone in Germany! Random and awesome at the same time :)

Hrm, I've got a LOT of Cooking Light stuff, and there's a Hungry Girl cookbook in my room that is all diet recipes. We can go through and plan out menues! (sp?)
