Anyways, I'm on day 1 of medifast. I had a delicious peanut butter bar on my drive in to work and now I'm having apples and cinnamon oatmeal. I've been staring at it for 5 minutes deciding whether or not I can go through with it. It looks like vomit and smells like cat food.
8 minutes later I have finally taken a bite. It's not as bad as I thought it would be, pretty bland but it won't kill me. It has some hints of sweetness but it's mostly bland. I would put a splenda packet on it (I can have 3 condiments a day and an artificial sweetener can be one), too bad I think all artificial sweetener tastes like POISON!!! I am dramatic when it comes to artificial sweetener. I really don't know how people drink or eat anything "non-fat" which usually has aspartame or phenylalanine. Yack. How can you not taste that? You should get your taste buds checked out because I'm pretty sure you're eating straight POISON!!!!!
I'm another 10 minutes into writing this and I'm nowhere near done with this oatmeal but my stomach is growling a bit less. I think I'm just going to eat it as fast as I can. Luckily I don't have to get this again, but also sucks because I have another 6 days of this cat food puree (oh, yea, in case you missed it I changed my mind and decided it is disgusting).
Let's see how lunch goes.

i hadn't heard of this diet so i had to google it really quick. eating 5 or 6 small meals is definitely the way to go - that's the way humans were meant to eat. just make sure there isn't any POISON in the food you're eating (aka check to see if there's preservatives, etc.), so you know that you're actually getting healthy food. good luck and keep updating! love you!
