that I almost threw my computer out the window

This post was originally titled “that I just might make it through this” but after firefox quit on me for the amount of pictures I was putting in my tone has changed and I’m annoyed. Luckily some of what I had started was saved, but not all of it. So here goes.....

Day 2 and I'm feeling pretty confident. It's 11:29 and I just warmed up my cat vomit. It's a bit watery today so I'm letting it sit (with a lid on it to keep the smell out of my nose) so that it thickens up a bit while I write this.

Again this morning I had my peanut butter bar which is delightful and is surprisingly filling. I eat it on my way to work so I keep forgetting to take a picture of it. It looks like the little balls inside of Crunch Bars and has a chocolate drizzle on the top and a layer of chocolate on the bottom and it's chocolatey, peanut-buttery, crunchy goodness.

(I keep getting whiffs of the oatmeal and it's making me very unhappy)

I'm trying to stick to eating my meals every 2-2.5 hours. I've worked it out so that I have a meal when I'm driving to work at 8am, another around 10-10:30, then lunch at 12:30, and a snack around 3 before I go home. Today I woke up late so my schedule will be a bit off. But yesterday worked out pretty well. As I showed you yesterday I had the cat vomit apple cinnamon oatmeal for my morning snack (which I am having again today-it comes in a 7 pack so unfortunately I have this until friday when I go back into the center for more food and toss the extra 2 packets I'll have).

For lunch I had chili! It was pretty good. I can have 3 condiments a day and the woman at Medifast told me the chili can be a bit bland and to add some ketchup and Tabasco. Luckily we have some of both at work, so I added about 1/2 a packet of ketchup and about half a tablespoon of Tabasco (I can't handle spicy too well). It was pretty good and a nice surprise after the oatmeal. The only complaint was that the beans in it didn't really get soft (at least not all of them). It sort of was like chili with some almond slices in it. Not sure I enjoy a crunch to my chili.

Well that’s as much as was saved. I’m pretty pissed because I had some good stuff in there. Like a blow-by-blow account of me eating my oatmeal. I was telling you all that it smelled like warmed up cat food that was eaten and regurgitated then mixed with cat poop, and that I know because I have 2 cats. It took me 15 minutes to get around to eating the oatmeal and when I finally started I wanted to gag and decided to draw inspiration from Takeru Kobayashi and down-it as fast as I could. That took about 5 minutes.

The cats of the house: Harper (my cat) and Sharma (roommate’s cat) when they were kittens and their poop was especially smelly
